Thank you for wanting to support LIPU in its vital work. LIPU-UK has no paid staff and all work is carried out on a voluntary basis. Our operating expenses are kept to

the minimum and around 90% of the funds we raise is spent directly on conservation work in Italy for the benefit of birds in that country.

We have tried to make your wish as easy as possible and most of the steps can be done on line.

  • Please use the Donation button to the right to make your first subscription, this is £15, but if you choose to give more then that will help us do more.

  • If you wish to use a Standing Order a form will be sent to your bank and once it is set up you will receive a free copy of the book above worth £20.99 - there is great birdwatching to be had in Italy and this is the best guide.

Gift Aid is important to us

  • If you pay tax in the UK, you can make your gift even more valuable by using the Gift Aid scheme which allows us to reclaim the tax already paid by donors. You can now complete our Declaration on line and send it by email, it does not require a signature. This is a once only requirement of HM Revenue and Customs, but it is hugely important to us - thank you.
